At Vindkust, we are committed to getting your order of dresses, sweaters, tops, and t-shirts to you as quickly and reliably as possible. This policy outlines our standard shipping procedures and what you can expect after placing an order.
Shipping Method & Processing
We currently offer one reliable shipping option: Standard Shipping. All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order leaves our warehouse.
Shipping Destinations & Timelines
We ship to most countries worldwide. Estimated delivery times for Standard Shipping begin after the order processing period and typically range from 7 to 21 business days, depending on the destination. Please note these are estimates and not guarantees, as delivery times can be affected by factors beyond our control, such as customs clearance and local postal services.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and the total weight of your items. There is currently no minimum order value for free shipping. The exact shipping fee will be displayed before you complete your purchase.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your package's journey. You can use this tracking number on the carrier's website for the most up-to-date delivery status.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international orders, please be aware that your purchase may be subject to import duties, taxes, and fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the item price or shipping cost paid to Vindkust. We cannot predict or control these charges. For more information, please contact your local customs office.
Incorrect Shipping Address
It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address at the time of order. Vindkust is not liable for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you realize you have entered an incorrect address, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will try to assist if the order has not yet been processed for shipping.
Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable (due to an incorrect address, failure to pay customs, or unclaimed at the local post office), we will contact you via email. A refund for the merchandise will be issued, minus the original shipping cost and any return fees we incur.
