Eligibility for Refunds
To be eligible for a return and refund, your item must meet the following conditions:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same original condition as received.
- All original tags and packaging must be intact and attached.
- You must initiate the return request within 30 days of the delivery date.
- A valid proof of purchase (order number) is required.
Items that are damaged, altered, washed, or missing tags due to customer handling are not eligible for a refund.
Return Process
To start a return, please follow these steps:

- Our team will review your request and, if eligible, provide you with a Return Authorization Number and detailed instructions for shipping the item back to us.
- Securely package the item and ship it to the address provided. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item shipped).
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund.

- Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after processing, depending on your bank or payment provider.
We do not offer exchanges. To receive a different item, please return the original for a refund and place a new order on our website.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
